How Does it work?
To benefit from a shipment at an unbeatable price, you just have to pick up the Alba Box at the 2Sage-Alba agency in Stains in the Ile-de-France region, then drop off the package at the same agency.
2Sage-Alba then takes care of everything for the shipment: administrative formalities, customs formalities and sea transport. The availability in the Caribbean is 5 to 8 weeks.

What can I put in my box?
You can transport all kinds of personal effects: non-perishable food, clothing, household linen, dishes, various accessories, spare parts, etc.
What documents do I need to send my box?
- identification (driver's license not accepted)
- Notice of transfer or certificate of change of residence (only in the case of a move)
- proof of residence in France and at destination (only in the case of a move)
An administrative file with a detailed inventory and figures will be filled out on site.
Where do I go to drop off my box?
You can drop off your box at any time at our Outre-mer agency located 13 rue du Bois Moussay 93240 Stains. During our opening hours from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 09:30 to 16:30 without interruption.
What are dock dues?
Dock dues are a French tax, applicable to most imported products, in force in the overseas regions. It is collected by the customs administration.
Where can I get a change of residence certificate?
A certificate of change of residence is issued by the city hall of the city where you live. It cannot be issued when you move. The delivery time of this document varies according to the city hall between 1 and 10 days.
How will I be informed of the arrival of my box?
Once your box has arrived at its destination and is available for collection, the agency will contact you.
How much should my box weigh?
Your box can contain up to 85 kilos.
I bought my box during a promotion. How long do I have to send it?
The maximum shipping date is indicated on your quote.
Do I need to make an appointment to drop off my box?
No need to make an appointment. Just show up at any time at our overseas office.
Where do I pick up my box at my destination?
Once your box is loaded. You will be notified by email of the date of arrival and the place of collection.
Can I pick up my box at my home?
Thanks to the VIP service, we can deliver and collect the box directly at your home from 39 €.
Will I have to pay the dock dues?
If you have a certificate of change of residence or a notice of transfer, you will not be subject to the dock dues.
How long does it take to receive my box?
Once your box is deposited in the agency, count on a delay of 4 to 8 weeks as an indication.
